Meet Exel
Functional. Beautiful. Liveable. These are qualities Exel strives to bring to every client’s home. After earning a diploma in design in Barcelona and a diploma in interior decorating from Humber College, Exel set out to work with some of the best designers in Toronto. Now he’s taking everything he’s learned - from drafting and planning to working with trades and sourcing - to his own projects. His ultimate goal is to communicate the client’s personality through their space.
Favourite Part of Design? Translating your ideas into livable spaces. Oh, and a client’s face when they see the final result!
What Inspires Him? Design is everywhere in the world, from landscapes to textiles to art. But his biggest inspiration is his son.

Fun fact about Exel? Before he became a designer he worked as an accountant and he also loves to eat fruit with salt, lime, and chili powder!
