Consultation - Our opportunity to get to know each other and discuss your wants and needs for the space. In 2 hours we will explore the design world and figure out what you want for your dream home.
Contract Retainer and Project Commencement - Before any work is started, we review our agreement together and make sure expectations are clear. Then we begin by measuring the space.
Trade Day - I will bring my trades team to see the space and provide a more detailed plan for the work that has to be done.
- PLANNING AND DESIGN -
Design and Documentation - The research phase. It takes approximately 4-6 weeks to pick the perfect furniture, finishes, and other touches that fit your taste and space.
Presentation - Next we translate our design into plans and other visuals so you can see just how amazing your home will look.
Order Placement - After you’ve signed off on our vision for your space, we can start ordering all the goodies.
- BUDGET AND PROGRESS REVIEW -
Initiation of Construction - This is the messy part of design... but don’t worry, we’ll clean up after! Our trades team will start their work in this stage.
Installation Period - Bringing in furniture, installing new cabinetry, arranging accent pieces and styling. - this is where the magic happens!
Update Meetings - We want to make sure you know what’s going on with your project, so we regularly hold update meetings to make sure we stay on time and on budget.
THE BIG REVEAL
- FINAL TOUCHES AND PROJECT FINALIZATION -
Client Reveal - Our favourite part is where you get to see our work for the first time!
Final Touches - We want to make sure you are truly happy with our work, so we walk through the space together and if there are any improvements that need to be made, we will get them done.
Project Completion - And we’re done! You will receive a folder that includes the details of all the materials we used and items we purchased.
